Ouch! There is proof that their CURRENT management has poor customer service and does not speak accurately? Give them some time, and look to see that ArmyTek is on this forum as a manufacturer. Do you know how much they are paying to be on this forum? How much are you paying on this forum? Oh, looks like nothing. Well that means ArmyTek is helping this forum (and you) so you can participate. Consider civility. They are here to make a living, which is a lot more serious than grouching.

There’s quite a few stories around where they didn’t stand behind their product or simply don’t answer CS emails. Add that on top of them requiring expensive return shipping to Asia.
 
These stories about AT are in abundance on any flashlight forum, foreign and domestic, and they do not appear out of thin air. but in any case, Their 18650 headlamp were prbly the bulkiest L shaped headlamps on the market, 21700 makes it too big\heavy for a headlamp, maybe that is why they no longer call it a headlamp, but a multilight. i think regardless of manufacturer, 21700 is too big for a headlamp. i realize manufacturers jumped on 21700 bandwagon due to longer runtime, and power, but headlights is not where it should be used, imo.

Let's be honest, it is possible that our employees might not have answered some letters (let's not forget about the human factor), some answers simply did not reach. Quite recently there was a case when it was necessary to send three letters to a client, since the previous two letters simply did not reach. The situation was resolved thanks to what he wrote to us on the BLF forum.

Good day!
We position our Wizard flashlight as multi-flashlight because it can be used in at least two areas due to their characteristics or accessories.
We do not position Wizard and Elf as just headlamps. This is their main quality, but not the only one. They can also be used as a bicycle lamp, etc.
