Hey Selfbuilt if you'r out there I need some help. I saw you'r review of the
t100c2mkII. You said that you need a flat top 18650 for the mkII but does
aw have a flat top that will work. If not can you give me another battery brand that you like. From what I've read on the forum you are pretty much
our flashlight wizard, so thanks be to you, from you'r friendly neighborhood

You can order AW's flat top batteries from him. The order thread can be found on the dealers corner of the marketplace forum.

AW's batteries sales thread is in the MarketPlace HERE. You'll need to register separately to post in the MP if you haven't already done so.

I'm moving your thread to the Batteries section.

ummm, NO
flat top cells does not work with T100C2 MKII, or any other light that has a reverse polarity/protection ring around the + contact.
some people remove ring, some people add a magnet to top of cell - but doing these workarounds defeat the purpose of the reverse polarity ring and can make :poof: (and will also void your warranty).
:caution:

I would suggest just picking up the EagleTac 2400s, they will be compatible with the EagleTac flashlights with reverse polarity protection. From what I have gathered it seems that they are darn decent cells.
