Just wondering which of these cell options would be considered the best choice... I would use these in place of two 3v CR123 lithium primaries in lights such as some Surefires and Streamlight TLR-1.

Between the two Tenergy's, I know the 3v LifeP04 are a safer chemistry with 750 mAh and the 3v RCR123A are lithium-ion with 900 mAh... but no clue as to which might be the better choice.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Tim... thanks for the reply! I was starting to feel a bit lonely here! :grin2:

I ordered up four Tenergy LiFePO4 3v cells and a charger... best thing, I guess, is to just test them out for yourself! SO here I go.

Thanks for the link... I'll go have a look.

AW on the same thread of their LifePO 4 confirms that the Tenergy LiFePO4 battery can be recharged even UltraFire 3.0V/3.6V CR123A Charger
Since the AW LiFePO4's can be loaded with the Nano Li-ion Single 3.0V CR123A Charger, of course, the Nano Li-ion Single 3.0V CR123A Charger is good for LifoPO Tenergy
