AW C Cell Li-Ion Charger

Why isn't there one? Does anyone have plans on making one? I've kluged together a car charger to charge my entire light but would really prefer a cell charger.

Rechargeable li-ion C cells would be a potent energy source for my love of incan lights. Yet, I too am looking to overcome the charging, shall we say, challenges. I shall continue to soak up the different ideas from the RC as well as the HAM radio worlds. Those too are battery-technology related hobbies

What is a Schulze charger? Something like these? Do you need to get some battery holders or any accessories?

Like extra plugs and alligator clips too?
