Just wanted to pass on a great deal I found at Outpost.com. They have 10 packs of Lenmar 2000mAh NiMH batteries for $6.99. Here is the link
Lenmar: PRO1020-10PK AA 1.2V NiMH batteries

I ordered 2 packs on Monday and received them Wednesday (Sep 22). Total price with shipping and tax was $22 for 20 batteries. Haven't had a chance to test them yet. I don't know how long it will last, so act fast.

No export? What does that mean? I've always thought that Outpost ships to Canada.

He's in the Netherlands, And holy cow i am sooo swinging by Fry's on my way home

Does Fry's generally have the same stuff as the Outpost sales? I had thought not.

That postage charge is a bit steep. Anyone up for a group buy?

I also saw the batteries at Outpost and almost bought three sets until I saw the postage was almost $10. Then I quickly backed off.

I'd be in for a group buy.

Fry's will not have these batteries for this price. Outpost has been having a sale on the Lenmars for the past month. I haven't ordered because of the high shipping.I would indeed be in for a group buy!

Hmmm,, if the local Frys doesnt have them then id be in for a group buy i think.

I'll be in for a Group Buy also. Even with shipping, it is much cheaper to get it at Outpost than to get it in Canada.

I did a bit of research on these Lenmar batteries, and I'm not getting a good impression.

Stick with your name brand cells. You get what you pay for.

DAMN! I knew I should have ordered last night.
The price went up $3 today. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif

Keep checking the price. It has been going up and down all month.

I have several different brands of nimh AA batteries.
All my Lenmars have come up a bit short on quality and true performance.
The better deal seems to be www.amondotech.com for the 1800 Nexcells.
Those have lived up very close to thier ratings in my portable nightlight led flashlights with good overall performance at an awesome price. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsup.gif
I still would get the Lenmars at 10 for 7 bucks if I had the chance to at the store though. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif
