B&D SpotLite Nova Batteries?

I have a Black and Decker Spotlite Nova rechargable flashlight that stoped holding a charge and I need assistance identifying the batteries (there are 2). The batteries are approximately 40mm high and have a diameter or 21mm, smaller then a C battery. The charging unit provides both batteries with 3.2V. What type/size of batteries does it use?

you can get them at walmart if they have the energizer c and d nimh 2 packs
you peel the label and the plastic shell comes off revealing a sub c
