Back Pocket Clip Light

I've been carrying an Akoray K-106 for about a year and I clip it in my back left pocket. Lately though, it's gotten kinda wonky. It sometimes doesn't turn on, goes into strobe when I don't want it to, etc.

So, I'd like to get a better quality daily carrier. I'd like what everyone else typically wants, decent output, throw, slim, nice flat clip if possible. I'd like it to be single AA or CR123 I guess. Something in that form factor. I have a Fenix P2D, but don't have a clip and can't find one with a cursory look around.

I'd like to be at $75 or less and I'd like it to be tough and reliable.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
