Bad trigger switch on Vector 3M

I bought a Vector "Mega Sport Spot" 3 Million CP in June of 2002 at Target. Now the trigger switch is getting balky.

I can't find my spotlight's original papers and can't determine how long the lights warranty is (Target warranty is 90days), nor who can I determine who to contact for warranty claims. I've got the receipt but that's it. I hope one of our Vector owners will post these 2 items for me. Thanks!

Anybody else with bad Vector triggers?

I hate that trigger cover. I'm going to cut it off some day.

do a search for vector website. and yes i had a 1mill vector w/a bad trigger i returned.

After getting no help at all from Vector when they learned the light was a few months out of warranty, I called back and talked to a different "Customer no-Service" person. They finally agreed to send me a replacement switch. I installed it and took the opportunity to remove that pesky yellow trigger cover. The light works well again.
