Badboys?????

Hello folks,
Are badboys being phased out or just temporarily out of stock? I am considering a bold move by selling an Arc LSH-P to fund a couple of sandwiches. I would like a Madmax and a Badboy but am not sure if I want a cyan, or do I? I know, you tell me what I want. Thanks folks! Doug /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

All of the sandwiches are great! I think all colored luxeons have artifacts in the beam. The Q3s are normally whiter than the Q2s. I prefer the Q3s. Some people prefer the BadBoy, some the MadMax, and some prefer the MadMax+. The MM+ is the brightest. The BadBoy is current regulated for constant brightness similar to the current ARC LS. The MadMax is voltage regulated and will drain the batteries down further. I hope this helps you to choose what you want. If not just buy the MM+ Q3 or the MM Q3 and wait for more BadBoys. I don't think you could go wrong with any of them. I had a Badboy w/Q2 (now heading to dtsoll)I also have the MM w/Q3
Unless you are comparing them side by side I think I would have had trouble telling much differance between the light output and the color of the light.

Next time I order I will probly have to get a MM+ a try /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif
