I'm getting together with couple CPFers next Friday and would like to extend the invitation for all those who would like to come.
Gather up your latest toys, and join us at another fantastic Bay Area Flashaholic lunch.

This time lunch will be located a little South at one of our favorite local joint the "Sam's BBQ". The weather is so nice we can have it indoor or outdoor.

Sam's Bar-B-Que
499 E Hamilton Ave
Campbell, CA

See you all there @ 11:45AM Feb 6th (Friday).

Jonathan,

You said "tomorrow" (Superbowl Sunday). Then you said Friday, Feb 6. Which is it, or is it both?

If it's Friday, count me in

.

Opps, can't think straight with 5 kids running around.
It's next Friday. Even the hardiest of flashaholic would be hard to attend on Super Bowl Sunday. :D

I'll be there, but I think I need some clarification where there is.

Isn't 499 E Hamilton the Elephant Bar, and Sam's around the corner on Bascom?

PM on the way as well, Jonathan.

The google map is quite explicit -1110 S Bascom Ave, San Jose. Check out the street view.

I actually have a breakfast meeting at E-Bar that morning... then I'll scoot down to Sam's for lunch with you all. I'll bring a cd of the photos I took at Shedevil's place last month if anyone wants one. Yeah yeah I know... I haven't posted them yet. I'm technologically challenged.

Hey~ I'd like to come to the lunch!

Modamag, can you bring you with a chrome draco head, reflector + glass + chrome piece that screws into the LE. Too bad my piece had 003 engraved on it but my GF lost it on her keychain!

Cheers,
Kevin

Edit: I don't think I can make it now. Just realized how far it is! Sucks to be me.

Thanks guys, lunch was fun. Good seeing you all.

Gordon, I'm driving up to the Tech Shop tomorrow to see what they are all about.

Jim, I'm gonna check out SJ city college for their shop course too. I also have to remember to remind you about the cutdown AA Mag for our next lunch.

Jonathan, Thanks for the breakdown of how the textured relfectors are created.

Andrew, I gave my Rebel mini magled to my brother, he loves it. Funny how the average Joe (that's his real name) believes that mags are still the cats meow.

See you all next time.
