BC - 900 poroblems?

About 4 months ago i bought a Technoline BC-900 AA/AAA charger and ive noticed that the first 'chanel' always reads full charge really fast, when charging four cells at once.
it doesnt matter what setting its put on, channel one always goes to full charge after about 1/2 an hour.
any suggestions?

a lot of the chargers that exist, have hot areas, slots that react different, and other such stupid things :-(
that thing looks like the lacross900 , it didnt do that as badly as some other things.
what is the charge rates your using? what is the voltage readout on the one slot vrses the other, what is the current total, what temperatures are you charging under, and what battery(s) and other such informations?

did you hear about the info on the lower voltaging the input so some stuff runs better on those devices?
