Best 3-mode P60 Drop-in for 2xAA, and 1xCR123A / 1x18650?

I have a couple of Solarforce L2M bodies with their R2 3-mode .8-4.2v drop-in's running on 2xAA eneloops.

Is there a higher output 3-mode drop-in that works well on 2xAA (NiMH, Lithium, Alkaline), and also 1xCR123 / 1x18650 cells? Would also be interested in an emitter/driver module combination that could be assembled from parts. Is the Solarforce drop-in about as good as it gets for 2xAA, or can I do better?

You could try dereelight. I have one that's very bright buþ can't compare it to solatforce.
