best AA light out right now

Looking for the brightest (cree?) AA light. I was looking at the Fenix L1T v2.0 but with so many AA lights out there right now which is the best bang for the buck?

I prefer simple (single to triple stage) and not mutiple modes. A simple clicky that tail stands and has the brightest light. Runtime not important.

I think the L1T 2.0 is now discontinued. You might still find one if you are lucky and act fast.

It is of the highest likelyhood that the L1T/2.0 was discontinued because it is going to be reintroduced with a newer emitter. My guess is the R2.
That seems to be how Fenix works.
