Looking for batt recommendation for this light, which will sit in my vehicles for long periods and be available for emergency use. So priority on ability to sit stored and handle vibration and temp extremes (0 to 110 degrees). If it's an everyday store brand - fine. If it's something from an online specialist - fine. Not looking for rechargeables as I'll have spares in the vehicle. I searched and read this section for 6 pages with no luck. Thanks in advance!

With those extreme temps & sitting for long periods, so should use Energizer Lithium AAs available at most big stores & put them in: http://www.kaidomain.com/WEBUI/ProductDetail.aspx?TranID=3070

BTW, the Energizers lithiums have a shelf life of 15+ years. Some alkaline & "heavy duty" (carbon zinc) have leaked & ruined a few lights that i stored for long periods on time. The lithiums won't leak.
