Like Floating Spots said, Sam's Club is a great deal. My local Sam's has 'em in stock (just got some today). 20 bucks for a dozen. Works out to around $1.71/cell (with tax).

And they're dated 2013 so they must be pretty fresh (unlike the 2011 ones on "sale" at Long's for more than twice the price).
