I'm looking for a spot to keep in the truck behind the seat. I don't want a rechargable. Really looking for "bang for the buck". Any suggestions?

Dorcy one at Wal-Mart. ONly $10! One sits right behind the shifter in my Tacoma. It's probably the smallest you'll find. Laying on its back, it's only like 4" thick. And to tell you the truth, a couple of months back, me and a friend were going down to my family's hunting land at night and we decided that we were going look for some deer on the way down.(to just see, not to shoot) anyways, he brought his DC powered Brinkmann spotlight that was rated at either 700,000 CP or 1,000,000 CP and I had my Dorcy(rated at only 200,000 cp i think). His made mine look like a baby in size comparison, but in the light department, my "baby" was the one giving out the spankin'!

maybe it had something to do with me swapping out the 50w H3 bulb for a 100w one??? either way, it's small, cheap(like $14 total with the 100w bulb) and DC powered.

It comes in a blister pack at Wal-Mart.

Hmm... you think? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif I'm thinking about putting a 120 watt PIA bulb in the Brinkmann in my wife's car. I'd try it in my Vector rechargeable, but it would drain the battery too fast, and probably melt the plastic lens.
