What is the best and brightest drop in for the 6pled?

BOG, Malkoff and maybe Wolfeyes and Deerelight considered the best.

I have Malkoff M60 in a Surefire C2. Awesome.

i like the malkoff m60 because it has a very broad spill with no drop off point--really lights up the whole room.

You didn't specify that the drop-in had to be an LED - if you're including incan, the LF HO-9 will give you 320 lumens from a pair of RCR123s, and their EO-9 produces 380 lumens from a pair of LiMNs. See them here: http://www.lumensfactory.com/products.php?cat_id=2&sub_cat_id=3
