Billy, this is a very broad question. You might do well to be reviewing some of these posts/threads for a while before you narrow the scope of your question. Do you want a Hotwire, an LED, an HID? What size, for what purpose, are you interested in throw (far-reaching spot) or flood. EDC (every day carry) or will this be a light that is not so portable?

I'd like a really powerfull Hid torch for use night on mountain, to see animals and to go into a old bunker of the II world war near here, I'm living in Bardonecchia (Italy) and around here is possible to visit many war bunkers, so I was interested at Xe Ray or a Crocodile Wolf-Eyes.
A real powerfull flashligt not too heavy because I go many times in high mountain with my Husky 610 or My Montesa Evasion and I play with a laser Wickedlasers Spyder II 300mw green (in night on the mountain it is really incredible).
Thank You to everybody, sorry for my bad english and for my stupid questions but now I've buyed a Wolf-Eyes Shark II Hid 35W and it seems to me a little underpowered for my enjoy it is a good flashlight but I'd like something of really better.

The Polarion P1 is just under $1000. Its rated at 35W but has the output of more powerful HIDs. Its out of production but you still might be able to get hold of one.
