best single 18650 light

i know this has been done before but as we all know new lights come out all the time. so i am asking what you guys think is the best. im liking the klarus rs11 and the eagletac g25c2 but i know many companies have brand new powerful lights out now or coming out soon so i would like to find one that fits my criteria as much as possible. this is for a cop so it has to be tactical and somewhat aggressive not like the zl sc600.


my criteria are the following:

under 200$
brightest as possible, at leas 1 hr run time (im going to buy a nice aw 3100 liion batt to help with that.
preferably 2 switches, side and tailcap
preferably a rechargeable light. e.g. a stand that charges it or a port for a plug like a usb charging cord.
ipx-8
reliable and sturdy
preferably a sturdy belt holster
preferably a strike bezel
2-3 modes plus a strobe

I love the SC600, but understand the need for a tactical light.

I would think about trying the Jetbeam M III XML or R5 version with "attack" bezel, the bezel is very nice, and you can set it say at a 200 lumen level and twist the head for the full lumen power when needed. On a 3100 MAH cell it will get way over 1 hour of runtime too. And its under 80 dollars.

1x18650 with 2 switches & rechargable....................I've never heard of it if it exists. Olight has a light that meets the 1st 2 but I can't recall any that are like that which are rechargable.

how about the pelican 7060? it was designed for LEOs
2 switches. cradle charger. reliable and sturdy.

my best 18650 light is a bored surefire C2. it would do nicely too

yea its a new concept i guess. there are a few lights out there now but none that match exactly what i want, either ill settle or wait lol.

do you have this light? from what iwas reading it says it steps down from 800 it around 400 after 3 minutes. is this true? and is that every time you turn it on or is it once its stepped down it stays stepped down until you recharge the battery?
