Best way to store charged batteries?

Most of my batteries are used inchildrens toys with a smaller percentage going to Dads toys /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Most are D's and AA's and we just throw them into a large tupperware when they come out of the charger.

Is there a better way? Maybe a nice case or rack of some sort?

I would put a couple of batteries in my pocket and go to Wal*Mart, in the fishing section and find the assortment of plastic boxes for lures, etc. They have a huge variety of sizes with various arrangements of compartments. You will probably find something that would work out pretty well for your needs and they are usually only a few dollars.

I built a little plywood box for all my batteries. They all fit tightly so they don't roll around...
