LuxV flux (brightness) starts at U, goes up to X. W is about the best you can reasonably get, but be willing to look hard and pay when you find it. You can get an X occasionally (seems like once a month or less) when someone puts their custom light or head up on BST.
The tint bins mean the same thing as LuxIII codes, but you can't be as picky.
Vf starts at S and goes up. S or T are good bins.
The best bins I've seen available recently were WX1S, WX0T, X3T, and X4T. The 2 WX1S went in a matter of minutes on BST.
U-flux LuxIIIs occasionally make their way out into the public, but they're very limited, and haven't ever appeared for sale on CPF.

Oops, I forgot that oeo2oo had some LuxVs. VV1T is pretty good, especially for that price and available now. If you do a quick look around in BST, you'll see lots of WTB: LuxV W or X.
