Bluetooth headsets (for old guys that can't hear so well anymore)?

Can anyone recommend a Bluetooth headset that would be appropriate for those of us that don't hear so well anymore? I find that in a moving vehicle that I cannot hear the caller that well anymore with certain headsets. I have used a Jabra BT250V, and find that their eargel design works well at sealing the ear canal against outside noises. However, my Jabra is falling apart and I need to find a replacement. I can always get another one, but wanted to find out if there are others that can produce decent volume?

I've got a bluetooth headset(iTech Arrow Lite(all black color)) lying around I never use. The volume is very loud to me and seems to be too loud for my ears so I never used it.
