indicated Lights are 5mm LED or 3mm LED.. a Luxeon 3Watt or 5Watt would be better..

As always, it is a bit misleading to argue in terms of candela since this refers more to photon focusing than photons generated. The best luminous efficiency is the new T grade Nichias. B1T runs roughly 40Lumens/W up from ~25Lm/W for B1S thus making these LEDs more efficient than the best Luxeon star. For now. At 60mA they put out about 40Cd. The latest Jupiters also beat Luxeon but it is perhaps more realistic to presume that the race is neck-in-neck for efficiency between Luxeon, Nichia and Cree.

Do you know who these are made by? I emailed the ebayer who was selling those, but the lanquage barrier got between myself and a clear answer. They told me that color temperature is not available, and when I asked about the manufacturer was told they have "many strong suppliers". How's the light color with these units?
