Brinkmann Nexstar and opalec

Is it possible to put an Opalec Newbeam module in a Brinkmann Nexstar 2aa flashlight?

the Brinkmann looks like a very nice light with a tail cup.
and it might be more usefull than a MiniMag.

Great question! I don't have a Nexstar, though we know the bulb is interchangeable with the MMs. May have to file off the plastic posts of the Opalec, I don't know. I'll ditto your question and hope that someone has a Nexstar and will let us know.
