Recently my Arc AAA-P stopped working (appears to be something loose in the head) and I need to get it fixed or replaced. I tried emailing [email protected] and [email protected] and have not had any response in several days, which seems wierd because there are posts here about how fast Peter usually responds.
Anyway, how do I get this fixed? Should I just send it off to Arizona and await its return?
