Broken Sunwayman C20C?

I've had it for years, but it's rarely been used. It's been kept stored with the tail cap loosened. Recently I brought it out and put a fresh battery in it. It just sort of flickers with very low output whenever I try to turn it on. I've tried several batteries, cycled through the entire UI, and cleaned everything I can think to clean to make sure the circuit is complete. I've done everything short of disassembling it, but I wouldn't even know what to do if I tried that. So I'm pretty sure it's gone. Anything I can try before I write it off and throw it away?

I would recommend you take a gander at this, i haven't seen any working fixes and Pageyjim is still having issues with his as well. Overall it seems as if they're just not completely reliable and it's anyone's guess why that is.

Make sure it is EXTRA tight on both ends of the battery tube and clean even if it looks clean.
