Been missing from here for a while and it looks like Sunwayman is no more.

Do any dealers we know of have stock?

Is there anything like the Sunwayman V11R on the present market? Small, variable output easily (eg., rotary) accessed, uses CR123 OR AA/14500.

There is no retail stock of Sunwayman Rotaries such as V11r
I suggest you post a WTB ad

There is a Ti V11r for sale on the r/flashlight subreddit. No affiliation with the seller.

Also, as suggested before, looks like the jetbeam rrt01 could be a nice option for you.
