I have something similar and can tell you its good value for money.However i paid around 1/2 that price for the ultrafire and its defo not 2000lm but you will know that.It will be closer to 5-600lm.
Proving legit is very difficult as they are budget lights which have many look a likes and similar names.They are a cheap brand,some are good value,others not but its a risk you take with anything ending in fire(apart from sure).

My similar light,however it was under $10(iirc around $8)


They need protected cells to work correctly due to the battery being around 4mm longer.This stops accidental mode changes when moved around........this may vary from light to light though.

I am happy with mine,nice hot spot,usable flood too so imo a good light for the money:)
