Budget Dive light?

DX has this new dive light (sku.39437), that looks pretty nice. Any thoughts? Was thinking about getting it for my Dad.

Look at the any of the offerings by Princeton Tec. They have fantastic dive lights at great prices. What is your budget?

You're much better off getting him sku 20762.

+1, sku20762 is robust in its simplicity, and an easy mod to a higher flux emitter keeps it current for some time to come.

Thanks for the input, I guess I was just interested in this guy because its cheaper and I've never done any modding before. Plus the 4xAA format seems preferable.
