Dear all ZL h600 owners!

Quick question if you have ACTUAL EXPERIENCE with this:
Have YOU tried protected 70.5/71mm 18650 batteries in the h600??

YES, I know the documentation says 69mm :) but just wondering if you tried if 70.5mm or 71mm protected cells work???

THANKS!!!!

H600c MK4 measured with a caliper, from a fully compressed pin in the head to the end of the tube ~ 70 mm, but the spring in the cover itself has a thickness of about 1 mm when fully compressed, so the Zebra gives the correct length of 69 mm.

By the way, I just discovered that the spring is steel. For some reason I thought she was bronze

Thanks guys and gals! You are stars!
I'll open another thread if anyone knows any similar style of torch (ie 90 degree end type that can be and edc or head mounted) that takes 71mm 18650s.

Plenty of those, the rest of lights 90* i got take protected no problems, h02, gekko, and every T shape light i got takes them too. Zl is the only 18650 headlight that i have that is picky about cells

Yes I have one Fenix Cell that I've used that is just fine. I use Panasonic and Samsung flattop normally
