Can a Fenix LD20 head be used on an L1P body?

I have an L1P body available (it shares a head with my P2D) and have an LD20 on the way and am wondering if I could use the LD20 head on the L1P body?

If the threads are the same, yes. However, they may not be. Try it and don't turn too hard or you may not get the head off.

I will try that when I get the LD20, unless someone advises me not to before it arrives.

Yes it will fit the same as your P2D.
