Can I charge a CR2 battery in the Pila IBC ?

NO! Please don't try it.

BTW, I assume you do actually mean a rechargeable RCR2 Li-Ion (otherwise known as a 15266). These have a capacity of 300mAh. Your Pila IBC charger outputs 600mA, so for the RCR2 this would be twice as much as the maximum safe charging current.

If you had 2 discharged RCR2s, you could connect them in parallel and recharge them that way, but you need to know what you are doing before you attempt this.

And it should go without saying that you should NEVER attempt to charge ANY Lithium primary (non-rechargeable) cell.
