can i still reasonably complane

i have had my energizer micro for 14 months
over the last few week the foam padding on the light has went very soft and started to break up
leaving sharp plastic digging in to my forehead not washed in any chemicals just warm water
it has not been in contact with anything other than my forehead so natural oils may have played a part
it is not used a lot i use my zebra-lights more would you complain or just except it

Those foam pads like to come apart. I don't like them just because of that.
