hey guys.. i need help. does anyone know or have ordered a fenix tk11 r2 through amazon knows if the one that is sold by AMAZON inc is a smooth reflector or the other one?

There is no way to predict with Amazon. If it did not say in the product description, the your guess is as good as anyone, because we will all just have to guess.
"Amazon" outside of books is all sorts of odd dealers, isn't it? As far as I'm concerned, it's just like eBay. Careful what you buy and how you pay for it from either.

Which is why it is typically better to order from a flashlight-oriented dealer -- they are willing, and able to tell you the details of their products.
