Re: Metal m@g reflector: any interest?

Sent you an email because I couldn't log on yesterday....but I'm definitely interested....as long as they fit in a mag and don't cost a fortune. Probably 4.....but I want several for a Mag85....so it's dependent on what you find out....

I would be interested in a couple, but waiting to see what you find out about the "hazing" in the Mag85.

Once the fit problem and blurring is cured, (drop-in assembly, no modification needed) and the postage is determined, maybe for LOP and stock.

Re: Metal m@g reflector: any interest?

I'm interested for LOP for Mag85.

Why would you use one for a LED Mag?

Re: Metal m@g reflector: any interest?

I've been told that these samples are made to withstand a max. of 100 degree cel. Now, I need to know what's maxmium temperature the 01185 bulb is producing with 9AA NiMh on the reflector and how long the reflector has to tolerate that in order to make it useful in our mag85.

Any ideas on this pls?

Re: Metal m@g reflector: any interest?

Looks like the camless version lop, or mop is almost ready, as most will likely go into led, rather than superbulb applications.

I'm hoping the LOP/MOP stippling will eliminate the beam artifacts of the stock smooth reflector.

I'm in for one smooth and one LOP depending on how the bugs get worked out.
These would be for a Mag85.
