Cast Acrylic Spheres for D cell Maglites

I have done the acrylic sphere mod to the mini-mag I found this site dose anyone know if any of these could be used to the same effect in a d-cell or c cell mag led here is the website....

They also sell clear Acrylic Cabochons or 1/2 spheres I ordered several sizes of each and I will let you know how it works out
