I purchased an entry level digital camera this week. I plan to run it on NiMH AA batteries. I need charger advice. I expect to be charging AA batteries only. I have narrowed my choices to the MAHA C204F, ALLTEK AT-1268 PRO and the Quest Q2. The prices are close for all three. They all seem similar. Is there any reason not to buy any of these? Which would you chose?

if the smaller size of the maha isn't important why not go for the ccrane; http://www.ccrane.com/chargers.asp - it takes sizes from aaa to D and doesn't ever get the batteries hot, or even 'quite warm' -- constant voltage read out too, and $10 cheaper now at $39...

I have the Alltek & just upgraded to the CCrane. I had no problem with the Alltek, but got to the point of needing to charge C batteries. For $40 shipped, I would reccomend the CCrane. Never know when you might get some rechargeable C's or D's. TX

Rayovac makes a 15 minute charger and a 30 minute charger....I believe the 30 minute charger is the only one available soo far....but I don't know if that charges the types of batteries you need....but you can check your local Target, Wal-mart, or K-mart and you should find one there.
