Chargers and Batterys?

Does anyone make a good Li-on charger that charges and also drains batterys if you want? If so whats a real good one to get?

Welcome to CPF.

Most of the hobby chargers do that. I like the Schulze brand, but there are others as well. Do a search on hobby chargers and you should begin to get an idea of what is involved in using them.
