cheap high power led floodlight

hi,

does anyone know if a DIMMABLE, cheap (read chinese) led floodlight or worklight? something that utilises 3 to 10 high wattage leds (which i could swap for high CRI ones myself if they are not good), under $100? it should run on batteries and be portable

i'm trying to create something like this on a budget

What are you going to use it for, film/video? If so, you have to have something in the 3,200K or 5,500K color temp. This product does not exist. The LEDZ, Litepanels, etc.. are all well above $1,000. If you don't need these color temps for filming, then you have more options.
