any others with this ?

hi gees i was hoping to sell some to local police
who loved the brightness , i believe it's as good as anything??
but with these problem
who knows
now

Mine doesn't flicker at all, but I do wish mine had some sort of detent to lock it in the off position.

Same problem here, I recently returned my original Reactor (no off detent) for one with a new switch (on and off detents). Less then a week after I got it, it began to flicker for a few days and then would barely turn on at all. I rolled a small aluminum foil ball and dropped down the barrel before putting the batteries in. It now remains on no matter what position the switch is in so I just use the tailcap as a switch now, which I actually find easier to use then the actual switch /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif. I think I'll be stepping up to a Arc LSH soon /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif.

I haven't had any problems with mine. I think the positive lock off, is only to be used where accidental turn on is likely, as inside a backpack (intended storage place).

I never bought one because the designed seemed suspect from the picture, a very large plastic head on a thinner tube it did not see sturdy so I skipped it. looks like my gut instinct was correct.

HI th x for the imput
i will probally not get a hundred i was going to order

Seems to me about 15% of the reactors have this problem. Maybe some other dealer could verify these numbers? CMG you reading this? Maybe time to develop some new switch for your LS lights?

Best regards,
Randy
