CMG Reactor3 disassembly.

Does anyone know how to take apart a Reactor3 LED torch?
Mine is kinda yellow/greenish, and I'd like to exchange the 1W LuxeonStar for a whiter version.
BTW, does anyone know if this light use a limiting resistor?
