Hi Guys,

I believed most of us are familiar with FlashCrazy popular Coast Focusing Lenser mod w/Seoul P4. Unfortunately, he is unable to offer these modding service to the community due to his busy schedule.

So, I have asked him earlier this month if I could take over this modding service which he gladly agreed. Hence, here are these great EDC flashlights available once again to the CPF community. For those who are unfamiliar and wish to read more about this flashlight. Here is the original thread.

Beside the popular Coast Focusing Lenser w/Seoul P4. I have added another great model which is the Led Lenser V8. In the original form, it has the same light engine, run the same number of batteries as the Coast Focusing Lenser but with a much smaller body. The only different is the Led Lenser V8 is non focusable. But it has a a aspherical lens and offer incredible flood and throw. A perfect EDC flashlight :thumbsup:

For conveniency, this light will be available to all which I will ship World-Wide . Price will remain the same, just with an added postage.

The lenght of the V8 is about 115mm. Below is a photo taken against a ruler. (There is a slight lens distortion at 0mm )

The beamshots of the original V8 and modd V8 w/Seoul P4 can be seen on the 1st post. The Coast Focusing beamshot will be added when I have them modded.

I'm curious what thickness of what material you are using to shim the emitter?

I don't know the V8, but I have a Coast with this mod, and I can vouch for the quality of this little flashlight.

At almost exactly the size of a 6P, this little critter puts out a ton of light! It runs on 3xAAA NiMH rechargeables in an elegant cell cartridge.

For the price, I can't think of a better looking, feeling and performing light.

That would be 4.5v total.
So i decided to run it with AW protected 17500 with paper wrap around the cell,much better ( tho a tad brighter ) and it's rechargeable and fully regulated
