Color night photography/Protomachines LED2 alternatives

I use a Fenix LD20 with gels right now. I have a lot of success with that set up. Looking for suggestions to get something like the Protomachines http://www.protomachines.com/Products-s/1817.htm without the hefty price tag. I'd like a little more versatility with light output, the ability to save colors, and be able to use just about any color imaginable. Thanks in advance.
