Couple of quick questions re cheap XPG's

Hello, hope I'm in the right section. Does anyone have any 'field' experience of the cheap XPG-R5's at Kai and DX?.

How blue are the tints? and is there any difference between the two? (they also appear to be claiming slightly different lumen outputs).

I bought one from Dx, it is very white, i can't say it is blue, or any sign of blue tint. The performance seems up to specs with some ceil bounce tests against cutter's excellent xpg-r5 leds.

Neither of those tints are blue, the WC is right on the black baseline and the 1B very close to it.

i have bought from KD lots of times with no problems the WC tint is pretty much white no blue, no purple, no green. People quote lumens different ways but both will be about the same at the same amperage.
