CR123A battery & Dorcy Xenon light recalls

The May 2004 Consumer Reports (page 11) reports on a 20,000 battery recall for Dorcy Spyder Tactical Xenon Lights and Dorcy Xenon Tactical Lights (and a prior one for Galls HALO Tactical lights) sold with Fuji Power & A&T Fuji Power CR123A batteries. These were sold at BJs, Ace Hardware, TruValue Hardware, etc. The batteries leak, overheat, or rupture -- five reported incidents of burst flashlights and four burn injuries.
