CR123\'s at CountyComm

/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/help.gif
Has anyone tried the CR123's at CountyComm yet? Here. They're only $0.95 each in packs of 20, and i'm wondering if they're worthwhile (as compared to the $1.25 SureFires, for example). /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/icon3.gif I did a quick search here and didn't find anything, but I am trying to run a wind tunnel test right now (work, so bothersome!), so I can only pop in over here every now and then. Thanks!

Re: CR123\'s at CountyComm

I have not bought any from Frank but I have used a lot of the tekcell batts and I noticed that they are not as bright when used in incadesant lights but the performance difference in LED lights is barley noticeable (slightly shorter runtime if any) and that is where I prefer to use them.

Re: CR123\'s at CountyComm

I saw someone claim that they don't work well at high currents (Surefire HOLA bulbs like P61/P91) but are fine at lower currents including P60/MN03 level. I bought some from Countycomm but haven't used any yet. I think in LED lights they'll be fine.
