Craftsman (Dorcy) 3D Flashlight

Has anyone seen this flashlight in Sears before? I couldn't find any info on Sears website, but I did find one that looks very similar on Dorcy's website. Apologies for the picture quality as the pictures were taken with my cell phone. It does look interesting somewhat, but I don't know if I would be willing to spend $40 for it. It has a Cree XP-E emitter, 240 lumen output rating (probably emitter rated, not OTF), smooth reflector, battery level indicator, and a crummy 1 year warranty.

I haven't been by Sears in some time. Don't really like big heavy jobs like this, but it probably throws well. The price seems kind of high. Think I'd wait for a sale.
