Cree MC-E LEDS

Anyone know anything about the MC-E Cree leds? Cree says they are alot brighter han the R2's

It's brighter than R2's because it's 4 EZ1000 dies put together (the same as the XR-E). It's not any more efficient.

efficiency regards on how you use it, since the MCE's design intent was to allow the terminal operator freedom to give each die component individual attention it allows greater versality in applications that in other LED variations are limited in. Of course, the physical efficiency of the LED itself can't be changed...:candle:
