Cree MCE from Cutter - your status ?

I made an order (some MCEs and optics) at Cutter more than 3 weeks ago and they still haven`t changed the status of my order. I don`t know whether they are waiting for anything or why it takes so much time... I sent them 3 emails already and never got any information about my order.
This is the first and last order I made there... Never again...​


CUTTER is the worst eshop I have ever known. I know many eshops worldwide where I use to buy stuff and I have never seen such bad communication with customer.

Do you know this eshop? What are your experiences?

Yes, their customer service could be improved ... at least some short replys to eMails at all would be nice. Basically I experienced the same "problem" as you. But otherwise Cutter is a reputable dealer with a excellent range of products ...

I ordered some MCEs in Sept. , right after they were listed on their page ... it took 4+ weeks to get them, but that was okay for me because the price was good ;). I asked twice about the status and didn´t get a reply both times.

MCE are still fresh on the market, so there are still problems with the supply I guess ...

Maybe you could use a PM here on CPF(MP) to make contact ... I think WeLight is someone from Cutter.
 
I have to agree to this.
Very poor service and communications.
I use them year ago, waited a month for shipping.
I see, they did not improve since.
Too bad, they have very good staff listed, but I stop buy from them.

Add me to the list of pissed off people.
I wish these threads were around when i ordered.

Instead all I heard was order from Cutter, avoid DX and Kai. Its been the total opposite experience for me.
 
After several inquiries to Cutter I got a response that the Boomerang Reflectors are not in stock and are holding up my order with MC-E's and other items. So much for putting in a big order to save on shipping. I've been waiting since Sept. 8th :popcorn:
 
One more fool here, now I understand whats going on with my order..In cutter they ever answer my emails :mad:
 
This thread has had an airing here and I think has now run its course. A more suitable place for something like this would be the Jeers forum in the MarketPlace, but if you decide to post there you will need to ensure it complies with the Cheers & Jeers rules, and on this showing that does not seem to be fully the case.
