Cree XR-C LED? Need lower power option

From what I can understand the XR-C is the same as a XR-E but with lower output. Where can find these? This is for a reading/book light I am making for my wife!

You don't need a different LED for lower output, as you can drive an LED at any level you like between zero and its maximum.
